- $250* per room for 3 hours
- $350 total deposit: $250 non-refundable it will be applied towards total bill plus $100 refundable clleaning deposit.

- $100 each additional hour (after 3 hours)
- $100 for an attendant with portable private bar for event
- 4FT and 5FT tables
